We can only master this situation together, and each of us must act now. The current coronavirus pandemic is unprecedented and poses a major challenge to us all.

During this time, we at Jacob Rohner AG do everything in our power to ensure the safety of our customers and employees while continuing to offer the most important services. We would like to give you some information about this:

Logistics: In our company, we consistently implement all government-ordered measures to minimize risks and distance ourselves socially. Only the logistics department works with limited capacity to reduce social contacts; strict hygiene regulations are also applied.

Online store: The shop is open every day around the clock, so you don't have to do without comfortable socks even now.  

Customer service and sales: We have stopped all customer visits. Please understand that we must act immediately. Our service team works from our home office, but is still available by phone, e-mail or video chat and will be happy to answer your questions. For employees who are currently unable to work, we have set up a fund for online training. Expand your skills - and we will emerge stronger from this situation.

YOU can buy comfortable socks and stay at home. In this way, together we help to flatten the curve and support those who are fighting at the front line for our well-being.
