How long is the delivery time?
Rohner ships all items in stock immediately after receiving your order. You will therefore receive the goods within 1 to 2 working days, but no later than 4 working days.
If certain items are not immediately available due to high demand, you will be informed of the expected delivery time by e-mail, or the amount already paid will be refunded immediately.
When is delivery free of charge?
Switzerland
We charge CHF 5.00 for packaging and shipping within Switzerland.
For orders over CHF 90.00 within Switzerland, Jacob Rohner AG will pay the shipping costs.
EU countries
For all other countries in the EU, the shipping costs will be shown after entering the address.
For orders within the EU over EUR 90.00, Jacob Rohner AG will pay the shipping costs.
Other countries outside the EU
The costs for packaging and shipping per shipment for deliveries outside the EU are shown in the table below. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to countries that are not listed in the table.
For orders from the USA and Canada over USD 90.00, Jacob Rohner AG will cover the shipping costs.

Where are our socks produced?
Our products are produced in Europe (Portugal and Italy), development takes place in Switzerland.
In which larger stores are Rohner socks/stockings offered?
e.g. Coop, Manor, Migros, Migros SporXX, Globus, Jelmoli, Volg...
Can the socks be sent in an envelope?
No, as we would not have a parcel number and would not be able to track the parcel.
Can Rohner socks be dried in a tumble dryer?
Generally not, as the socks could shrink.
Will used goods be taken back?
No, we only take back unworn goods.
How long is the right of return?
You can revoke your contractual declaration within 30 days without giving reasons in text form (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) or - if the goods are delivered to you before the deadline - by returning the goods. The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form, but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (in the case of recurring deliveries of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before fulfillment of our information obligations under Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 para. 1 and 2 EGBGB and our obligations under § 312e para. 1 sentence 1 BGB in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB. Timely dispatch of the revocation or the goods shall suffice to comply with the revocation period. The revocation is to be sent to:
