Don't worry if you changed your mind or don't like the products you ordered. Here are some tips for return and exchange:

1) Products can be easily returned within 30 days after delivery.

2) Please contact our customer service if you need to make a return for any reason, [email protected]. Or just fill out our return formbelow. 

Excluded from the right of return are hygiene items from their original packaging (for example: socks, underwear, etc.) and personalized products. Return is not possible if it is unpacked socks and underwear and for personalized products. Thank you for your understanding. 

After receipt of the completed return form your case will be processed by us as soon as possible:
